Former Husky and Seahawk Nesby Glasgow visits Edmonds Warriors
Nesby Glasgow played 14 seasons in the National Football League as a safety, punt and kick returner for the Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts (1979-1987) and the Seattle Seahawks (1988-1992). Glasgow was voted Team Captain and Defensive Player of the Year by both the Colts and Seahawks. In addition, he played football for the University of Washington and is a member of the Husky Hall of Fame and was recognized as part of the Century Team at the UW.
Nesby is volunteering his time as an Ambassador to reinforce USA Football's Heads Up Football program to youth leagues and high schools and visited our Edmonds Warriors practice on October 10th and spoke with our players, parents and coaches.
No More Muddy Practice Uniforms!
This year we will move our practices from the grass practice fields of College Place MS and Edmonds-Woodway HS to the new field turf fields at Old Woodway High School.
